Description (partial)

Symptom:
After upgrading from 4.0(1b) to 4.0(2a) the first Robo/Edge node that gets rebooted, then ignores persistent drives  PID:HX-HD24TB10K4KN

Cluster will be in degraded state and have reduced capacity.

/var/log/syslog will contain entries like:
Feb 26 14:55:36.461 SpringpathControllerxxxxxxx [disk-fw-update]: Failed to get required firmware version for disk xxxxxxxx - error: Error: Drive with serial number xxxxxxxxxxxx not found
Feb 26 14:55:36.471 SpringpathControllerxxxxxxx disk-attr[27855]: [/dev/sdh]

The drives is running 5701 firmware which is the latest contained in 4.0(4i) and 4.1a HUU ISOs

Conditions:
upgrade to 4.0(2a)
UCS HUU 4.0(4i)
2 node edge HX-E-220M5SX
Drive PID:HX-HD24TB10K4KN with 5701 firmware
