Description (partial)

Symptom:
'CFB processing' in CCM traces even when CFB is not invoked

Conditions:
Incoming call to Phone
Phone unregisters due to KeepAliveTimeout when call is ringing
At this point, Call Release is processed with 480 Temporarily Not Available (CV 18)
However, CCM traces prints 'CFB Processing', which is misleading :
