Description (partial)

Symptom:
DCNM 11 inline-upgrade with HA may succeed, but webUI login reflects 'Upgrade in Progress. Please wait'.  This does not transition to operational state.

Conditions:
This appears to occur if inline is performed on current Standby first which is NOT in accordance in with Upgrade an inline documents/guides on CCO.  Also seen if ACTIVE does not fully finish before STANDBY begins.
