Cisco Bug: CSCvt17949 - Jabber window 12.7 intermittently showed “Empty Exchange Credentials"

Symptom: Sometimes customer doesn't know O365 is disconnected because there is no alert asking to log back in. During this time, their Save Chat option stopped working. Customer likes to see consistency with the alerts.
