Description (partial)

If due to faulty SFPs if there is link flap getting generated on the SVL/DAD links, that specific SVL/DAD link will be err-disabled and the corresponding SVL/DAD link interface will be placed in err-disabled state.

err-disabling is enabled by default on all the links Cat9k.
If there is any link flaps getting generated due to faulty/bad SFP on the SVL link, then that specific SVL/DAD link will be marked as down and that interface will be put into err-disabled state
