Description (partial)

Symptom:
ESA is configured to scan email headers for action, however when an email is sent with an attachment that is .msg or .eml format, the filter is unable to extract the header information out of the attachment file despite having headers inside it.

Conditions:
ESA needs to be configured with filters scanning for email headers.
