Description (partial)

Symptom:
Following SUP SSO operation a " SYSMGR-SLOT2-2-SERVICE_CRASHED: Service "ipfib"" event was observed. 
        
N7K#2020 Feb 20 14:07:41.006179 MBR1A %SYSMGR-SLOT2-3-BASIC_TRACE: core_copy: PID 1900 with message Core not generated by system for ipfib(0). WCOREDUMP(9) returned zero . 
N7K#2020 Feb 20 14:07:41.007152 MBR1A %SYSMGR-SLOT2-2-SERVICE_CRASHED: Service "ipfib" (PID 2111) hasn't caught signal 9 (no core)
        
No core crash file was generated. The only other activity on the test bed was the scaling of BGP prefixes and arp's from the test tool.

No impact to the Control and Data Plane was observed.
