Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a stack member is removed from a Cat9k switch stack, there is no trap being sent out for stackMemberRemoved.

Conditions:
1. SNMP monitoring tool is being used to monitor Cat9k stack switch.
2. No trap is being sent out for stackMemberRemoved when a Member switch in the stack is removed. 
3. This can be verified by running an snmpwalk, for the stackMemberRemoved object name, on the device while a member is removed. There will be no value for the switch that has been removed.
