Description (partial)

Symptom:
High Load Average Alarms coinciding with the nodes generating the alarm not displaying data in the System Summary Dashboard.

Conditions:
High Load Averages seen on nodes which have no data available on the System Summary Dashboard

show logging application prrt-server.log | i "ISE Process Health Unavailable" 
on these nodes shows log lines indicating the node is unable to generate process health syslogs.
