Description (partial)

Symptom:
If an authentication policy points to an Identity Source Sequence that is the Guest Users Database or includes the Guest Users in the list of ID Stores added to the Sequence, when a user lookup is performed against the Guest User DB and the user is not found, it results in a process failure instead of a user not found condition as with other ID Stores.

Conditions:
Guest User is used as an Identity store or as a listed ID Store in the Identity Source Sequence tied to the authentication policy. Issue is seen even if ALL_User_ID_Store is used as identity store
