Description (partial)

If an authentication policy points to an Identity Source Sequence that is the Guest Users Database or includes the Guest Users in the list of ID Stores added to the Sequence, when a user lookup is performed against the Guest User DB and the user is not found, it results in a process failure instead of a user not found condition as with other ID Stores.

Guest User is used as an Identity store or as a listed ID Store in the Identity Source Sequence tied to the authentication policy. Issue is seen even if ALL_User_ID_Store is used as identity store
