when the SSD file system (used by APIC database) went into read only status, the upgrade utility should catch such issues and abort the upgrade. Hence customer will see upgrade failure and triage the issue. Currently, upgrade utility will continue dataconversion and eventually rebooted, which has result of all configuration loss.

Conditions:
The SSD endurance has worn out, however there is no such alarm before 3.0 and customer has no visibility of this problem, which need root account.
