Description (partial)

Symptom:
Phone firmware 12.6 and up had a change included for Enhanced Line Mode phones.

The incoming call toast no longer shows the calling number. It is replaced with the Name defined on the line that the incoming call is for.

The way this is displayed is redundant information as it already shows the line name that the call is incoming for and then repeats the same name again. It makes much more sense for this last line on the toast to still show the incoming calling number as the behavior was prior to 12.6.

The defect apply to all the 88x1 desktop with all VIDs.

Conditions:
Running in enhanced mode and firmware version 12.7.
