Description (partial)

Symptom:
Active speaker not showing at all in the expanded content view, while connected to the webex board. Instead, an empty grey person icon is shown.
1. use proximity or manually connect to the webex boards
2. join the space meeting using webex teams and the webex boards
3. have someone on the remote webex board share their screen and talk about the screenshare
4. on the local webex teams do the following:
4.1 - open the pop out webex teams view for the screenshare
4.2 - enable the expanded content view
5. issue is displayed - the "Active speaker" video is not the video of the active speaker. Instead, it's a grey video box that pulsates to show that the active speaker is not sending video.

Conditions:
1. use proximity or manually connect to the webex boards
2. join the space meeting using webex teams and the webex boards
3. have someone on the remote webex board share their screen and talk about the screenshare
4. on the local webex teams do the following:
4.1 - open the pop out webex teams view for the screenshare
4.2 - enable the expanded content view
5. issue is displayed - the "Active speaker" video is not the video of the active speaker. Instead, it's a grey video box that pulsates to show that the active speaker is not sending video. This is incorrect.

You can get video to show for the active speaker if you are not in front of the webex board:
1. join the space meeting using webex teams only (not connected to a webex board)
2. have someone on the remote webex board share their screen and talk about the screenshare
3. on webex teams do the following:
4.1 - open the pop out webex teams view for the screenshare
4.2 - enable the expanded content view
5. now both content and video is received as documented https://help.webex.com/en-us/4q9lsy/Webex-Teams-Switch-Between-Shared-Content-and-Speaker-in-a-Meeting#task_940F04435F52D1D46EF551F2C4D8F6E8
