Description (partial)

Symptom:
A Cisco DB runs out of memory which can potentially lead to database replication issues on the affected node.

Conditions:
Utilizing the Bulk Administration Tool to perform tasks on a version of CUCM affected by this defect.

This is due to Bulk Provisioning Service ResultSet not being closed after retrieving the result. This is applicable to many of the BPS functions (insert, update, export, reset, etc...).
