Description (partial)

Symptom:
This is a modification on the Cisco Cloud APIC to adopt new secure code best practices to enhance the security posture and resiliency of  the product.

Two certificates present on the system are not uniquely generated between software installations. The certificates are not used by any processes on the device for cryptographic operations. However, the certificates should be removed to prevent accidental use.

Conditions:
Device configured with default configuration.
