Symptom:
Cisco DNA Center assurance reports the following issue, even when the clock on the device is actually correct:

Issue type: "Device time has drifted from DNAC"

Issue: Excessive time lag between Cisco DNA Center and device <name of device>

Description: The time on Cisco DNA Center and Device "<name>" has drifted too far apart. Cisco DNA Center cannot process the device data accurately if the time difference is more than 3 minutes.

Conditions:
This occurs when Cisco DNA Center syncs the device when the device clock ('show clock') shows a time between 12:00:00 and 12:59:59.
