Description (partial)

Symptom:
CER restricts to upload certificates with a validity time range of 30 years and above.
When trying to upload a certificate with a validity time of 30 years or more, the following message is displayed:
"Certificate validity should not be more than 30 years"

This should be documented on the Cisco Emergency Responder Administration Guide for Release 12.5
