Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customers choosing Expressway OVA's deployment model and not considering the underlying CPU clock speed of the host.

Conditions:
Expressway OVA reserves Memory, CPU Cores etc depending on the chosen deployment model by the administrator and doesn't stall the virtual machine deployment if the CPU clock speed is not as per recommendation.
