Symptom:
Incorrect segmentation violation may be reported by compliance. 

Conditions:
This issue occurs when a query is made between a local and global EPG from two different VRFs. 
The VRF with local EPG is unenforced. In this case, compliance reports a segmentation violation, irrespective of whether there is a contract between the local and global EPG or not.
