Description (partial)

Symptom:
No email alert of Webex meeting triggering for host and participant when scheduling it from JFW (Jabber for Windows). Also, that Webex meeting is not listed under "Meeting" list in JFW for Participant only.

Conditions:
Environment matrix:
JFW version: 12.8.0.51920 Build 301920

Note:
1. When scheduling Webex meeting from JFW with "Add Webex to the meeting" option checked, host as well particpant are not getting any mail
2. For host Webex meeting is showing under "Meeting" list in JFW. For participant it is not showing under "Meeting" list in JFW.
3. When scheduling Webex meeting from JFW with "Add Webex to the meeting" option unchecked, host and participant both received email alert and can see the same in their respective "Meeting" list in JFW.
4. When scheduling Webex meeting with "Add Webex to the meeting" option checked, user need to quit the outlook (not even running in background), then only "Send" option will be seen in Outlook. Else, they would see "Save and Close" option instead.
