Description (partial)

On new or recently upgraded 12.5 UCCX systems, this error is alerted every minute:

With the default RTMT configuration, this will be picked up as an alert level error and will be sent out as an email from RTMT as well. This appears to be occurring because no service URL is configured for the new cloud connect services, but this should not be attempting to retrieve a configuration if none is active in UCCX.

System recently installed or upgraded to 12.5. No Cloud Connect service is configured
