Description (partial)

Symptom:
Intermittently, logged in agents don't show in Analyzer ASR and AAR Real-Time reports. If you check Analyzer Historical ASR report for these agents you will see that that the agents are logged out.

As soon as they log in they will not show up on the reports. The agents will need to make a state change from the default state.
