Description (partial)

Symptom:
PCP 12.6 unable to move End User with Extension Mobility association and Directory URI/alternative extension from one domain to desired configured domain in PCP.

 - Following the guide below to move single user on page 196 results in PCP successfully attempting to move the user but will fail when trying to move the CUC voicemail service:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/net_mgmt/prime/collaboration/12-6/provisioning/Guide/cpco_b_cisco-prime-collaboration-provisioning-guide-12-6.pdf

 - Following the guide below to remove Directory URI/alternative extension from synchronizing from CUCM and CUC to PCP will result in the user still unable to move as the user was synchronized with the Directory URI/alternative extension information with index value of 38:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/net_mgmt/prime/collaboration/12-6/provisioning/Guide/cpco_b_cisco-prime-collaboration-provisioning-guide-12-6.pdf

 - Customer implemented workaround per the PCP troubleshooting guide below:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/cloud-systems-management/prime-collaboration/213175-troubleshoot-prime-collaboration-provisi.html

 - Result is that PCP is still unable to move the user.
