Description (partial)

Symptom:
When the server boots up, it goes to "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key".
When you press enter then it boots normally.

The boot device is a NetApp FC array connected directly to the Cisco 12G 9400-8e HBA.
