Description (partial)

Symptom:
Step 8 off the Configure Clusterwide Call Park section of the CUCM 12.5 - Feature Configuration Guide needs to be edited to state the following: 

"In order for these changes to be applied to the cluster, you must restart the Cisco CallManager and Cisco CTIManager services on all Cisco Unified Communications Manager servers in the cluster."

Currently the Feature Configuration Guide only states that the CallManager service should be restarted but both CallManager and CTI Manager need to be restarted for Clusterwide Call Park to take effect as stated in the CUCM administration service parameters help menu.
