Release-note

Symptom:
Traffic is forwarded between ACs in BD even though they are in the split horizon group.

Conditions:
BE interface as one of the AC in BD.

Reproducing the issue by deleting the bridge-domain and doing config rollback. This is with split-horizon group command configured under ACs before deletion.
