Description (partial)

Traffic is forwarded between ACs in BD even though they are in the split horizon group.

BE interface as one of the AC in BD.

Reproducing the issue by deleting the bridge-domain and doing config rollback. This is with split-horizon group command configured under ACs before deletion.
