Description (partial)

Symptom:
There are two (2) use-case scenarios:

1. When the Linux Host machine using AnyConnect is using a Split-INCLUDE tunnel-type, the VM instance/Docker container cannot route network traffic to the configured Split INCLUDE networks (ie: the tunneled resources)

2. When the Linux Host machine using AnyConnect is using a Split-EXCLUDE tunnel-type, the VM instance/Docker container cannot route network traffic to the networks defined in the Split-EXCLUDE ACL and/or the tunneled resources.

Conditions:
- Ubuntu/RHEL
- AnyConnect 4.8.02042
