Symptom:
Upon SSH session destroy, stale process instances of admin-cli-proxy-xr_run_cmd and confd_cli are seen. The accumulation of these instances eventually triggers a kernel dump.

Conditions:
This issue can be triggered by
1. Setup SSH session
2. Invoke 'admin show <>' command, for example: 'admin show running'
3. Destroy the ongoing SSH session (kill -9 <PID of SSH session>)
4. In XR-shell, execute ps aux | grep admin-cli-proxy-xr_run_cmd and ps aux | grep confd_cli
