Description (partial)

Symptom:
Whenever the interface configured with DHCP as primary ip address, the static secondary ip address won't display under show run and show start.  the secondary ip address is pingable fine even after rebooted but remains invisible.

if delete secondary ip address, IOS auto changes "ip address dhcp" command to its static ip address.  This basically removed the dhcp feature from the configuration.

The interface configured with DHCP as primary ip address, the static secondary ip address
