Description (partial)

Symptom:
Session are not propagated between FMC and FTD because of failure in SFDataCorrelator connection. 
On FTD side logs in /ngfw/var/log/messages will indicate a number of attempts to connect grater than 1 for FPReplicationCommunicationRabbit
eg: SFDataCorrelator:FPReplicationCommunicationRabbit [WARN] unable to establish connection, rval is: 6, attempt number: 218

Conditions:
Issue seems to be caused by race condition with NTP update where the sfipproxy is instructed to load new connection before connection information is present in file sfipproxy.conf due to 

The issue seems to be limited to 2100 Series and 1000 Series devices
