Symptom:
VVB starts generating RTMT alerts for example:

This could lead to audio quality issues, like choppy audio.

Conditions:
VVB running default cache max_file_size value of 500KB and fetching .wav files larger than that (i.e. 6MB)

Confirm running command show vvb cache max_file_size
