Symptom:
Just after rekey router logs below message:
%CRYPTO-4-RECVD_PKT_INV_SPI: decaps: rec'd IPSEC packet has invalid spi for destaddr=XX.XX.XX.XX, prot=50, spi=0xXXXXXXXX(XXXXXXXXXXXX), srcaddr=XX.XX.XX.XX, input interface=GigabitEthernet0/0

Conditions:
- IKEv2 is configured
- traffic is flowing through the tunnel during rekey
