Symptom: Webex App some UI cannot response. 1. Close button "X" does not work and no response 2. App UI is freeze after click "Connect a device" Conditions: PostMessage cannot work because of the post message help windows was destroyed in WCL. It seems some security software change the thread to load ptmgr.dll in Webex App, then this thread quit, so post message help windows was invalid. For Webex App some UI action out of control.
