Description (partial)

Symptom:
Call control issues from Agent desktop.
Call getting stuck on agent screen and they can not end the call from desktop.
Call were getting kicked out of CVP queue.

Conditions:
QOS  enabled on Agent PG.
Storage device failure in B side data center
