Symptom:
Webex productivity tool (webex meeting scheduler) in outlook / mac spins and never connects. this is mainly when changing physical locations. customer is able to replicate it again just walking from one building to another building, connecting to the same network, same SSID, different Access Point. usually happens when switching from home to work network

Conditions:
Mac Device, wireless connection; uses webex meeting scheduler in outlook.
