Description (partial)

Symptom:
An administrator may receive the following error when trying to make changes to an Application User while having two or more tabs open to the CUCM GUI:

"The attemped action was a violation of security protocols and will not be allowed. This may be caused by having multiple concurrent windows open or using browser buttons (back, refresh, etc). Please retry the operation"

The administrator may also find that the Application user permissions configuration is missing if they click the save button multiple times.

Conditions:
Making changes to a CUCM application user while having two or more tabs open to the CUCM GUI.
