Symptom: - 3 interfaces of the same device on a stack of C2960X switches with the same service policy configured on them after a reload ofthe switch. - PoE is not being delivered as fast as expected to the PoE devices attached to the C2960X switch due to the time the interfaces take to come up. - AP's down and users down during the time the interfaces are down impacting customer's network services.
