Description (partial)

I was able to observe that after executing a failover from the active to the standby after DCNM services came up on the standby server and entering credentials in the login page reached via the VIP IP, the DCNM home page would hang indefinitely.

DCNM 11.3.1 LAN fabric OVA HA after executing a failover from the active to the standby, try to login to the DCNM web UI at the VIP IP address.
