Symptom:
Following fields are not available in report (Agent Wrap-up Data Summary) in UCC 12.0 version but are available in UCCX 11.x version

Wrap-Up Data (Available in CCX 12.0) , Total ACD Calls, Average Handle, Max Handle,Total Talk, Avg Talk, Max Talk, % Talk / Handle, Total Work, Avg Work, Max Work, % Work / Handle


Conditions:
Customer don't want to export report from UCCX 11.6 and import in 12.0 as this is not supported (Reference BEMS01057431)
