Symptom: User claimed into a Webex Teams organization are presented with options upon sign-in on how they would like to proceed with their old account, regardless of the option selected, nothing happens and the options remain on screen. This occurs upon every sign-in after the user account was claimed, even if the user already choose an option. Conditions: User being claimed into enterprise organization exists in US data locality, and the enterprise organization performing the user claim exists in EU data locality.
