Description (partial)

Symptom:
An option was added in 12.7(1) to mark a call as a spam call when the phone is ringing.  There is currently no option to disable this feature, and end users may run into a scenario where they accidentally mark a call as spam when it is not.  This can be corrected in the phone settings, but some end users may have issues finding that option.  

Also, this feature seems to persist with a device, so in an environment utilizing EM, shared devices may have numbers marked as spam that some of the users are not aware of.

Administrators should have the option to disable this new feature if it negatively impacts their business  More information about the feature here:
