Description (partial)

When calling in to a WebEx Meeting with jabber 12.8 without a WebEx account, the end user cannot control the mute button (mute button is grayed out).

Affected: called in to WebEx Meeting while not signed in to WebEx account on jabber. Window to meting opens but the mute button is grayed out

Non-affected: called in to WebEx Meeting while signed in to WebEx account on jabber. Window to meeting opens and mute button is accessible 

Tested on jabber 12.8, no further conditions
