Description (partial)

Symptom:
Remote physical interface goes down due to the local device disabling the TX on the interface

Conditions:
The removal of "l2vpn xconnect context ##context-name##" when it is associated with an attachment circuit use default encapsulation, via "no l2vpn xconnect context ##context-name##".  The physical interface associated with the attachment circuit is impacted.

Note: untagged encapsulation may also trigger this, but has not been verified.
