Description (partial)

Symptom:
During the initial iNode deployment:

Symptom 1) The iNode/OIB port 0/0/0/0 mac address is incorrectly set to faff.ffff.ffff, preventing the iNode from obtaining a valid ipv6 address.

Symptom 2) The iNode/OIB port 0/0/0/0 mac address is incorrectly set to badb.xxxx.xxxx, preventing the iNode from obtaining  a valid IPv6 address

Conditions:
Installation of a new/not previously deployed GS7000 iNode.
