Description (partial)

Symptom:
Configure speed dials for 8811/8841 devices via the self care portal, when pressing the down  navigation key, it shows up error message  "Add favorites from Self Care Portal". 
Abbreviated dial works fine for users.

this bug impacts 8811/41 desktop phone which have no KEM support.

Conditions:
Create a phone button template with 10 lines and 10+ speed dials. 
Use "Universal Device Template Button Layout" to create a dummy phone button template. Assign it to the phone. 
Add also a soft-key template with "Favorites" key enabled in on hook and off hook states. 
Assign this phone to an end user and allow end user to access Self Care Portal. 
Go to the Self Care Portal and add as many speed dials as the user wants.
Once all speed dials are added, go to the phone and press down navigation key phone shows   "Add favorites from Self Care Portal".
