Description (partial)

Whilst in the process of troubleshooting various issues, Wireshark is frequently installed on customer CUAC Standard installs. In specific installs where Npcap is installed as part of the Wireshark install, product licensing for CUAC breaks.

If Npcap with Legacy loopback support for Nmap 7.80 and older... is installed, then after initial launch of the application, the product licensing is dropped.

Via trial and error have been traced back to the Wireshark installation, specifically an optional feature (enabled by default) - 'Install Npcap'. If left enabled, and the user opts to enable 'Legacy loopback support for Nmap 7.80 and older...', the above issue presents.

Because Wireshark is a necessary evil in many instances, I am inclined to cover the topic in the installation guide.

Under 'PC Hardware and Software Requirements', add a new subsection

In the event Wireshark needs to be installed on a Cisco Unified Attendant Console Standard workstation, it must be installed using the default settings with the exception of excluding (deselecting) the 'Npcap' component. If Npcap is a requirement, deselect the 'Legacy loopback support for Nmap' option at install. If Npcap is installed, it is known to present issues with Cisco Unified Attendant Console Standard licensing.
