Description (partial)

Symptom:
*  Momentary loss of PTP Slave connection when periodic stats collections routine at AFM(ACL Feature Manager) intersects with PTP TCAM disable and enable.
*  The issue happens when the periodic stats collections routine at AFM(ACL Feature Manager) intersects with PTP TCAM disable and enable.
*  Time taken to collect the stats by AFM various from 1-5 seconds based on the Module/Port scale.
*  AFM(ACL Feature Manager) stats collections happens every 40 seconds.
*  When this operation intersects with PTP TCAM disable and enable, we see a momentary loss of PTP Slave connection.
*  Issue was observed on this particular setup when the module scale was greater than 4.

Conditions:
*  Increasing the Number of modules in chassis
*  Behavior with other modules we cannot confirm
*  Issue seen with below Line Cards :
