Description (partial)

Symptom:
ccsSpectrumRequestIfIndex returns "wrongValue" error when trying to set index that is IfType 129 (docsCableUpstream) for RPHY upstream interface. It accepts only IfType 129 entries for I-CMTS US interfaces, and IfType 205 (docsCableUpstreamChannel) entries for RPHY.
Since in 16.10.1g the IfType 205 interfaces were removed - the functionality of monitoring US spectrum via SNMP ccsSpectrum MIB was also removed (as for the only RPHY US interface that is left, IfType 129, it returns error).

Conditions:
Trying to use ccsSpectrumRequest... MIB for US spectrum monitoring for RPHY US channels on IOS 16.10.1g or higher.
