Description (partial)

Symptom:
While the local EP entry on the local Leaf is aged out, the remote EP entry on the remote Leaf continues to exist for the duration of Remote EP timeout (300 seconds by default).

Depending on the topology and the traffic patterns, this may cause either unnecessary flooding on the local Leaf, or blackholing, or both.

Conditions:
- Issue was seen with a vMAC of a Firewall: vMACs are typically used only to reply to ARP Requests from another hosts, so subsequently they're only used to receive traffic, but not to send it
