Cisco Bug: CSCvs97425 - SSM On-Prem support on NTLMv2 for Proxy authentication

Known Affected Releases
Symptom: SSM On-Prem will not support NTLMv2 authentication, in case the Proxy, configured in Admin workplace, is only supporting this type of authentication. Conditions: Conditions to recreate 1. Install any SSM On-Prem Enhanced Edition 2. Configure the Proxy IP and credentials to authenticate against the Proxy (Username/Password) 3. If the Proxy used only support NTLMv2 authentication, then the connections will dropped and authentication errors will occurred. From the SSM On-Prem, HTTP 407 error will be show up. 4. On the NTLM server, the requests will be seen as NTLMv1.
